By using the Alice Forex/Crypto Scanner website, the web app or the Android app ("the service") you agree to these terms. The app's full terms are also available at https://alicecryptoscanner.duckdns.org/terms.

The service

Alice provides market data, automated analysis, educational content and trading tools. It is not a broker or exchange, does not hold your funds and does not place trades for you. All content is for information and education only; see our risk disclaimer.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, the discussion rooms, the referral and coins system, or other users.

Plans and payments

Premium and Elite plans are sold for a monthly or yearly period. On the website, payment is made in cryptocurrency (USDT on TRC20 or BEP20, or BTC). Send the exact amount on the correct network; funds sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address cannot be recovered. Plans are activated after our team verifies the transaction. Because blockchain payments cannot be reversed, please try the free plan first. If there is a problem with your plan, contact support and we will work with you to fix it. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's terms and refund policy.

Coins and rewards

Coins have no cash value and can only be used inside Alice as described in the app. We may remove coins earned through fake accounts, automated activity or ad abuse, and we may change the rewards programme.

Acceptable use

Do not copy or resell our data, scrape the service, attempt to break its security, post spam, links or promotions in the discussion rooms, or harass other users.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service online and accurate, but data can be delayed or wrong and the service can be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will tell you in the app or on this website.
