Before you write
- Payment not active yet? Website payments are checked by hand, usually within a few hours. If it has been longer, send us your transaction ID on Telegram.
- Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the log in page. You can reset it with your date of birth, or contact support.
- Want to delete your account? Go to Profile in the app and choose Delete account, or use our account deletion page.
